Refund policy

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it* and we can either send you a free exchange or issue a full refund. For an exchange or return all items must be in new, unworn condition, with tags attached and received within 60 days of purchase.

To return or exchange merchandise purchased on SherryWinks.com, Pocketbra.com, or TennisPockets.com:
• Please fill out the return/exchange form included with your order and include original packing slip.
o To exchange: Clearly indicate size and color you would like of the in-stock item.
o For returns: Please indicate credit card number and name on the credit card to be credited. We do not keep credit card numbers once the original order has been processed.
• Pack the items securely in the original product packaging. Make sure to include all items and paperwork. All items must be returned in original, unworn condition*, with hang tags attached and in original packaging to ensure credit.
